We embed innovative non-life insurance products into our partners’ digital and physical customer journeys, helping them generate additional revenue and build stronger customer loyalty. We combine deep insurance expertise with an API-first infrastructure to create a unique proposition that gives the customers of our partners true peace of mind.

We build insurance that feels natural, instant, and customer-obsessed and partner with SaaS, e-commerce platforms, and other digital platforms and service providers to create, launch, and manage high-converting, tailored insurance solutions that customers love and drive value for them.

Our mission is to embed insurance into the digital economy, combining deep industry knowledge, data, and cutting-edge tech. Fidamy operates as a fully independent and autonomous InsurTech that holds its own MGA license from the AFM. We are backed by NN Group who provides us with long term funding and acts as our launching carrier.

The market for Embedded Insurance is projected to grow from 1% to 16% of global insurance spend by 2032. It is a $3 trillion opportunity and we intend to play a big role in it.

We’re moving fast, scaling quickly, and looking for a sharp, pragmatic, and experienced Chief of Staff that will work directly with the founder and leadership team to help build, structure, and scale Fidamy. You will operate at the heart of the company, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

🧭 What You'll Do

• Acting as a trusted right hand to the founder and leadership team, owning and driving cross-functional priorities that move the business forward.
• Structuring, prioritizing, and executing high-impact strategic initiatives, including market research and analysis, development and validation of new product propositions, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Designing, implementing, and improving operational processes across the company.
• Supporting business development, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
• Supporting fundraising efforts, investor communications, and ongoing investor reporting.
• Owning and coordinating finance, legal, and HR-related topics, in close collaboration with external advisors and founder.
• Supporting hiring and recruiting efforts as the team grows.
• Taking full ownership of day-to-day problem solving across the business, stepping in wherever needed.
• Acting as a true generalist and Swiss knife, able to switch context quickly and take on unfamiliar challenges with confidence.

🎯 We look forward to meet you when you:

• Must-haves:A strong curiosity for entrepreneurship and a genuine interest in FinTech, Insurance, or the intersection of both.
• Experience in a high-paced, demanding environment such as strategy consulting, M&A, corporate law, private equity, venture capital, or a startup or scale-up.
• Strong business judgment, analytical skills, and clear, structured communication skills.
• Excellent command of English. Dutch is a strong plus.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where ownership, clarity, and execution matter.
• A high degree of independence, initiative, and pragmatism, with the ability to get things done efficiently.
• Willingness to do things you have never done before, solve new problems, and build from scratch when no playbook exists.
• A mindset that challenges the status quo and looks for better ways of working.
• Curiosity, humility, and a strong eagerness to learn.
• Based in Amsterdam or willing to work from Amsterdam.
• Nice-to-haves:Previous experience as a Chief of Staff, Founder’s Associate, Strategic Projects Manager, or a similar generalist role.
• Experience with embedded, digital, or platform-based products, such as fintech or insurtech.
• Previous experience in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth environment.
