Chief of Staff || Fast Track to COO

We’re hiring a Chief of Staff for a VC-backed, product-led SaaS company at the seed stage (12 people). This is a true founder proxy role, not a support function. You’ll work directly with the CEO and help shape how the company scales across GTM, operations, product, hiring, and strategic execution.
This role offers unfair exposure, real ownership, and a genuine COO / VP / founder trajectory.
Your Impact
You will help design and execute the next phase of growth for the company. You'll shape how the team operates internally, how strategy turns into execution, and how the company scales from a tight early-stage team into a high-performing organisation. This role touches every critical function in the business.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with the CEO on company priorities, strategic planning, and cross-functional alignment
- Act as a founder proxy across key initiatives (commercial, product, ops, hiring)
- Lead high-impact special projects (e.g. preparing for major deals, scoping partnerships, launching new GTM initiatives)
- Build internal systems and processes (dashboards, hiring pipelines, execution frameworks)
- Support investor updates and strategic reporting
- Partner with customers to translate insights into product and GTM strategy

What You’ll Need
- Prior experience in a high-velocity environment
- (Founder, early operator, Chief of Staff, consulting, or product-adjacent role)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to structure messy problems and execute
Bonus Points
- Experience supporting enterprise or complex sales motions
- Product intuition around SaaS, AI, developer tools, or automation
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects end-to-end

💰 up to 85k base + equity
