$130k - $160k / year

Description

  • Right-hand support to the CEO, acting as a genuine partner in managing CEO’s time and presence across the business including call and meeting representation, calendar and inbox management, expenses and travel, and ensuring operational rhythm.
  • Manage people and culture: end-to-end HR including digitalizing processes, talent strategy and hiring through performance, leadership development, compensation design and culture.
  • Support business operations working with the CFO to establish systems, rhythms and instrumentation for effective leadership team function.
  • Lead AI-first transformation agenda to modernize the operating model to be AI-native.
  • Drive change management to guide the leadership team through necessary evolution.
  • Engage with customers across fiber, electric, gas, and water to identify challenges and innovate operating models.

Requirements

  • Experience operating at pace inside a high-growth software or technology business, ideally through transformation programs or exits.
  • Comfortable in leadership conversations, customer meetings, hiring decisions, workflow redesign, and dynamic calendar management.
  • Deep knowledge in at least two core areas: People, Business Operations, Change, with eagerness to learn the third.
  • Prior close work with a CEO or founder, or readiness to work at that level.
  • High trustworthiness and strong execution standards on both small and large matters.
  • Passionate about AI and digital tools as methods of working.
  • Self-managed work style bringing AI and tooling bias to all functions.
  • Low ego, exacting standards, commercially sharp, and averse to corporate theatrics.
  • Strong communication skills to write clearly, present cleanly, and influence senior leaders respectfully without hierarchical power.
  • Discreet by nature, direct when necessary, with judgment as a key competency.
