Description

• Serve as a strategic thought partner for the Managing Director of Data Ops & Data Governance
• Drive clarity, execution, and measurable business outcomes
• Establish and maintain operating cadence, leadership forums, and all-hands meetings
• Maintain, enhance, or deprecate organizational activities as needed
• Develop, launch, and own leadership accountability for the organization
• Produce clear narratives and materials
• Align cross-functionally with Technology, Business Teams, Data Ops, and internal DataOps partners
• Partner with Technology and Data Ops to establish lifecycle efficiencies
• Establish planning rigor, delivery standards, and risk management between Technology and Data Ops
• Identify risks and blockers and coordinate cross-functional resolutions
• Develop briefs, memos, and executive-ready storytelling for leadership and external audiences
• Partner with HRBPs on talent calibration, internal mobility, strategic staffing, and early-career pipeline development
• Foster team vitality through measurable engagement activities and transparent goal laddering
• Drive partnership across business, technology, and data teams through communication and progress evaluation
