Chief of Staff – Chief Client Officer

Description

• Partner with the Chief Client Officer to manage and drive strategic initiatives across Customer Success, Operations, and Programming
• Lead the PMO by prioritizing, delegating, tracking, and driving a portfolio of initiatives to measurable outcomes
• Serve as the key cross-functional liaison across Product, Strategic Insights, Commercial, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Own expert community management and growth with the Director of Growth and CCO
• Build and execute a community management playbook to increase engagement
• Identify and roll out partnerships, paid channels, and other growth initiatives to grow the active community 3–5x over two years
• Establish tracking, measurement, and reporting for decision-making and impact measurement
• Roll out AI automations across workflows and drive adoption and measurable impact
• Independently drive initiatives using leading AI tools from analysis and prototyping through workflow automation

Requirements

• 6–7+ years of experience, including top-tier management consulting such as MBB and/or an operating or growth role driving strategic and business impact
• Ability to balance strategy, operations, and hands-on execution
• Experience leading multiple concurrent, cross-functional initiatives to measurable outcomes
• Daily use and fluency with AI tools such as Claude
• Experience or strong interest in community, partnerships, or paid growth channels
• Data-driven decision-making and rigorous impact measurement
• Strong communication with stakeholders from associates through C-suite and across functions
• Collaborative problem-solving approach
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or social sciences
• MBA preferred but not required
• Authorization to work in the United States
