Chief of Staff – Central Operations

About the Role

Join 1KOMMA5° as Chief of Staff – Central Operations, where you'll take end-to-end responsibility for strategic operations projects across the entire Customer Lifetime Cycle. This role requires German language fluency and offers the opportunity to work remotely or from their Hamburg offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for strategic operations projects along the entire Customer Lifetime Cycle
  • Conceptualize and roll out central company initiatives to locations to ensure uniform scaling
  • Control locations using key KPIs along the entire installation value chain
  • Identify scaling bottlenecks in existing processes and independently develop and implement future-proof solutions
  • Ensure operational excellence through highly structured project management, precise KPI tracking and consistent follow-up across all departments
  • Prepare complex data analyses and reports as a solid decision-making basis for C-Level and actively support resulting roll-outs

Requirements

  • At least 2 years relevant professional experience in a fast-growing company or demanding operational role in a larger company
  • Above-average completed studies at a leading university or business school
  • Outstanding analytical ability to quickly understand complex issues, structure them logically and immediately translate them into action
  • Very high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for creating reliable analyses and presentations
  • Strong 'getting-things-done' mentality and passion for not only designing concepts but operationally implementing them
  • Proven experience in independently leading business-critical projects with high stakeholder complexity
  • Fluent German and English skills in speech and writing
  • High level of personal responsibility, resilience in a high-speed environment and strong cross-organizational thinking
