The Chief of Staff (CoS) will assist in managing strategic priorities and lead operational/management systems for the Leadership Team. This associate will support the Head of Customer Management and extended leadership team as we execute priorities. This critical position will serve to enable leaders to execute strategic priorities while ensuring operational rigor in strategy, executive support and team culture, and operational excellence.

- Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships and operate in an influential manner with executives to assist in driving the strategic agenda.
- Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills to manage, inform and influence outcomes across a broad stakeholder ecosystem including Finance, Human Resources, Product, Risk, Communications, Operations, and Marketing.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with an understanding of sales and client management field operations.
- Highly motivated, self-starter capable of working autonomously.
- Proven ability to lead moderate sized cross functional teams and provide strategic direction.
- Experience handling sensitive issues with discretion.
- Energetic, creative, and fosters a culture of trust, collaboration, and belonging.
What you'll own:
- Strategy support: Partner closely with the leadership team to drive direction and create a cross-functional view of the destination, facilitating strategy presentations.
- Executive support and team culture: Enhance team-oriented culture and manage organizational effectiveness; lead associate engagement initiatives.
- Communications: Ensure organizational alignment through strategic updates about progress and strategy.
- Event Architect: Collaborate on orchestration of activities like leadership meetings, offsite planning, all hands events, and leadership events.
- Operational Excellence: Support or lead moderate to large priorities and projects ensuring appropriate metrics to track outcomes, risks, budgets, and more.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 4 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management
- At least 4 years of experience building and influencing strategy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- 3+ years experience in a sales or client management role
- 3+ years serving in Chief of Staff or Project Management roles in large, complex organizations
Salary: $138,100 - $157,700 annually (Richmond, VA)
This role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation including possible bonuses and long-term incentives.
