Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Santa Maria, CA, for a Chief of Staff position. The Chief of Staff will act drive organizational priorities and enabling effective communication across teams. This role includes managing daily operations, overseeing cross-functional projects, and ensuring alignment of business objectives. The Chief of Staff will also support decision-making processes, streamline workflows, and act as a trusted advisor to executives.

- Strong project management and operational oversight abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience with stakeholder engagement
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in decision-making and prioritizing competing business needs
- Experience in working closely with executive-level management
- Previous experience in technology, agriculture, or AI-driven industries is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
