Job Description

As Chief of Staff, you will be the force multiplier for Romeai’s leadership during a phase of explosive growth. Working directly with YC-alumni founders, you’ll tackle everything from scaling operations to managing high-stakes relationships with F250 clients. This is a high-leverage role for a technical strategist ready to optimize global logistics.

What You Will Do

• Partner with the founders to execute strategic initiatives across product, sales, and operations, ensuring the company scales efficiently from 8 people to a global organization.
• Manage complex relationships with C-suite executives at F250 companies to ensure successful delivery and expansion of high-value supply chain contracts.
• Build out internal processes and systems that translate high-level strategy into actionable roadmaps for the engineering and commercial teams.

The ideal candidate

• Possesses a strong technical background combined with professional experience at top-tier firms like Palantir, McKinsey, or elite strategy consultancies.
• Exhibits "signs of greatness" through a track record of high-impact ownership and the ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments effectively.
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Germany, bringing a proactive, problem-solving mindset to a team focused on solving global logistics inefficiencies.
