What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives such as defining new product categories, opening market segments, or securing pivotal partnerships.
- Perform rigorous financial and operational modeling to drive critical business decisions and support board-level reporting.
- Act as a flexible problem-solver, managing urgent priorities ranging from customer escalations to complex regulatory questions.
The ideal candidate
- 2–5 years of experience at a top-tier management consultancy (MBB) or in a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong bias to action with the ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- A founder-like mindset with the drive to take full ownership of problems and ship solutions rapidly.
