What you will do
- Serve as the trusted strategic partner to the Global Head of Sales, preparing board meetings, facilitating executive decisions, and representing the sales organization with stakeholders.
- Connect Sales with GTM teams and partners in EPD, Finance, People, and Legal to improve cross-functional alignment.
- Lead sales planning, reporting, cross-functional projects, and operating forums from inception through execution.
- Analyze the business and customer deployment opportunities to develop and advance global sales strategy.
- Drive the sales rhythm of business, including weekly Sales Leads meetings, quarterly offsites, and regular communications to the sales organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in senior sales or sales-adjacent leadership roles.
- Experience advising, influencing, and working directly with senior executives.
- Strong strategic thinking, operational execution, organization, project management, and communication skills.
- Previous success operating in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments.
- Ability to independently solve problems, lead initiatives, delegate effectively, and use first-principles thinking.
- Growing adoption of AI to improve productivity and focus on high-impact work.
Nice to have
- Background in management consulting, strategy, or operations.
- Experience in GTM or reporting directly to the C-suite.
- Experience supporting both PLG and enterprise sales motions.
- Familiarity with Notion and advanced use of AI tools.
