What you will do

• Drive high-priority initiatives across engineering, product, operations, and business development.
• Work directly with leadership to solve complex business and product challenges.
• Build and scale new teams, processes, and operational capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through final execution.
• Research and evaluate new markets, products, and business opportunities.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical, high-impact solutions.
