Chief of Staff (12 month maternity cover)

Pinnacle Pet Group is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with our CEO and Executive Leadership Team for 12 months, to cover maternity leave. This is a senior strategic role, critical to driving our business agenda, managing priorities, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple entities in the UK and Europe. It’s an exciting chance to contribute to a growing organisation and make a meaningful impact at Group Executive Leadership team level.

Location: Hybrid - London Paddington office 2-3 days per week. Travel to the EU will also be required

Start date: Please note that this role will commence March 2026

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing With Us

• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, shaping strategic decisions and initiatives.
• Coordinate and oversee company-wide projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage the CEO’s office operations, streamline workflows, and facilitate leadership meetings.
• Prepare Board and shareholder materials, and represent the CEO in key engagements.
• Lead special projects and drive cross-functional collaboration across diverse geographies.

Our Wish List Of Your Previous Experience

• Extensive experience in the Financial Services sector at a global level, with a strong preference for expertise within the insurance industry.
• A strong background in consulting is highly desirable
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage change effectively.
• Exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment and deliver strategic impact.
