BGS Government Services is seeking a Business Integrator/Chief of Staff supporting U.S. Army/Marine Corps & Special Operations/Missions and DLA Support Programs in Ridley Park, PA.

This role provides primary executive assistant interface with leadership by leading and integrating aspects of the leadership team's operations and deliverables, including Operating Rhythm, Org Optimization/Metrics, Performance Metrics/KPI's, Lean/productivity & Optimization, integrated data solutions, process improvements, and Program Management Best Practices. Ensures clear communication up, down, and across the organization, integrates with BGS and BDS programs and functions, and models the culture of Boeing Global Services as agile and lean, deeply committed to the customer and compliance.

The role acquires resources for organizational activities, leads process improvements, monitors business unit work statements, aligns and integrates management system architecture, champions change, and evaluates integration of Program Management Best Practices.

To be successful, candidates must support multiple functions at the executive level, have an agile mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a positive and flexible attitude. Progressive outlook, problem solving abilities, and strong Seek, Speak and Listen behaviors are required. Occasional travel may be required.

Position Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of strategy, communications, operating rhythm for U.S. Army/Marine Corps & Special Operations/Missions and DLA Support
  • Collaborate with Program Management team on strategic discussions and data analysis
  • Facilitate communication between BGS Business Operations, BGS Program Management, BDS Program Management, Boeing Functional partners and customers
  • Ensure organizational alignment with Boeing processes, Program Management Best Practices, and compliance
  • Support leadership in meetings to ensure efficiency and action tracking
  • Identify risks/opportunities, develop mitigation and refine business cases
  • Work with leadership to storyboard program health and requirements for senior executives
  • Coordinate commitments with stakeholders
  • Lead analysis, execution, and continuous improvement of management system
  • Lead special projects to successful execution on behalf of leadership
  • Foster effective working relationships with program leadership, partners and customers

This position is 100% onsite in Ridley Park, PA.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

  • 3+ years leading teams formally or informally
  • 3+ years developing and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
  • 3+ years managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • 3+ years leading development and integration of business plans, strategies, and processes to meet goals
  • Highly flexible, adaptable, resilient
  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving, analytical skills
  • Experience working with executive leadership and preparing executive presentations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired)

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience developing/reporting metrics and KPIs
  • Experience with digital transformation and technology focused digital environments
  • Ability to manage diversity of complex topic reviews
