Business Director-Chief of Staff (Payment Network, U.S. and Canadian Markets)
The Role
Serve as chief of staff to the SVP for U.S. and Canadian payment markets, translating strategy into execution. Lead cross-functional programs, manage and sequence multiple projects, apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve ambiguous problems, drive executive communications, and improve business performance across product, technology, finance, and operations.

As a Business Director-Chief of Staff, you aren't just advising on the strategy; you are the architect of its execution. General Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership: Translate business strategies that will drive growth, alignment, and a well managed environment in the face of shifting payments landscape
- Execution: Manage and sequence delivery of business intent, oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently
- Partnership: Work closely with colleagues across Global Payment Network including: product, technology, strategy, finance and others to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability
- Strategic; analytic orientation: Proven decision making and problem solving based on analytics, strong quantitative orientation given the analytic marketing & credit risk management focus
- Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity: Tenacious decision maker with an aggressive, yet responsible approach to business
- Strong executive communication skills: Impeccable written and oral communication with strategic influencing and negotiation skills
- Clear results orientation: Intense focus on achieving short and long term goals, able to execute agenda in uncertain environment
- Thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment; consulting experience is a plus
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
- At least 4 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
- At least 2 years of experience performing people management
- At least 2 years of experience performing project management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in financial services
- 1+ year of experience in consulting

Salary Range (Full-Time Annual):
- McLean, VA: $230,400 - $263,000
- Riverwoods, IL: $209,500 - $239,100
- Chicago, IL: $209,500 - $239,100
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long term incentives.
