About the Role

We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO across strategic planning, operational execution, and high-leverage decision-making.

This is a role for someone who wants to be deeply embedded in the business — not observing from the outside, but shaping outcomes from day one.

You’ll help us scale from early traction to global adoption, building systems that make us move faster, think smarter, and grow intentionally.

What You’ll Do

• Turn ideas, conversations, and concepts into clear action plans
• Run strategic priorities across product, GTM, and organizational growth
• Own weekly leadership rhythm — decisions, alignment, accountability
• Prepare board materials, fundraising narratives, and investor updates
• Build systems for clarity: reporting, planning, communication loops
• Identify high-impact problems before they slow us down
• Step into special projects, from new market expansion to talent strategy

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years experience in strategy, ops, consulting, VC/PE, or product leadership
• A calm thinker in chaos — structured, curious, and decisive
• Strong written communicator who can reduce complexity fast
• Someone who sees around corners and thrives on ownership
• Ambitious, low-ego, deeply collaborative

Bonus if you’ve worked in deep tech, 3D workflows, or future-of-work platforms.
